Andre has been attentive to us throughout the meal in an unintrusive fashion. His naturalness creates a relaxed atmosphere. "He is a perfectionist" everything is presented of placed well. He delights in creating the right atmosphere and makes customers feel happy e.g. finding out about vases for us, bringing candles, recommending food etc all appreciated. As well as finding appropriate music. His waitng skills are excellent." |

Deliciously sharp and tantalisingly sour. Scrummy-yummy! "But the salmon was a shock. I live in Japan where I eat a lot of salmon in a dozen different places but yours was so fresh and flaky. It had the texture of silk. Outstandingly great, delicate cooking." |
