On our last night we had dinner at the Sea Terrace Restaurant and had the BEST dinner I can remember... But best of all was our waiter Andre - he looked after us, we got what we wanted, and he was very friendly but very professional. I have never had service that he gave to us. Thank you. "Andre has looked after us extremely well. From the moment we entered the restaurant he has anticipated our needs and has presented us with recommendations tailored to our needs. He is extremely intuitive and experienced and has the ability to make people and customers feel important and special. He can "read" people very well. Andre has been attentive to us throughout the meal in an unintrusive fashion. His naturalness creates a relaxed atmosphere. "He is a perfectionist" everything is presented of placed well. He delights in creating the right atmosphere and makes customers feel happy e.g. finding out about vases for us, bringing candles, recommending food etc all appreciated. As well as finding appropriate music. His waitng skills are excellent."

"Thanks for a wonderful meal. I had the stilton and broccoli soup followed by salmon in a lobster sauce. The soup was a new one for me. Deliciously sharp and tantalisingly sour. Scrummy-yummy! "But the salmon was a shock. I live in Japan where I eat a lot of salmon in a dozen different places but yours was so fresh and flaky. It had the texture of silk. Outstandingly great, delicate cooking."
